Course Details

Appraisals are used in many different work sectors and they only work if completed and monitored correctly.  This course covers why we have apprasials and how to carry them out effectively in any workplace.   By the end of the session you will have an understanding of how to make the appraisal process a positive one.  You will be exploring the process of review and appraisal, learn to develop a positive approach to this process and receive guidance on the appraisal process.
